Debra Krutz, President, is the
principal of Elite InSource. Debra has worked as
a Human Resource professional for more than twenty
years in a variety of companies / industries. She
has a successful career in Human Resource Leadership
/ Management encompassing a full-range of responsibilities
including operating in fast-paced environments with
high customer service standards.
Some of her major implementations include:
- Designed and improved a total rewards program
- Conducted comprehensive Human Resource Audits
- Analyzed and recommended approaches to reduce

She began Elite InSource to provide in-sourcing
human resource and general business services. When
her former employer said she had over serviced”
clients, she knew it was time to start her own company.
The “service” is her primary service.
She provides “hands-on” human resource,
training and/or office support for companies or
to perform projects with finite beginning and ending
dates in various areas of expertise. The firm operates
in a virtual office environment with the focus to
“go to the client”as well as “be
available remotely.”
The mission of Elite InSource is to deliver services
that are individually tailored for the needs of
each customer in a cost-effective, professional
way. The firm fulfills this mission by being proactive
with addressing customer needs and by offering multiple
tailored options.
Dean Hebert, Coach, Dean has more
than 20 years of coaching, college teaching and
workforce training and experience. He has been an
invited presenter at many regional and national
conferences. He has presented for many professional
and non-profit organizations as diverse as MENSA,
Body Positive, the Association for Chronic Pain
Sufferers, the Western Association of Student Employment
Administrators, Head Start, and the American Society
for Training and Development. He has won national
recognition awards for excellence and a congressional
award for service to youth.
After receiving his master's degree, he completed
post-graduate work and advanced certification in
Sports Psychology. As a certified mental games coaching
professional he works with athletes and people in
the work place to get the "right mindset."
He has successfully combined Human Performance
Improvement strategies and techniques with sports
psychology to work, athletic and training settings.
Among his accomplishments, he:
- Streamlined procedures for tracking, documentation
and administration of work program reducing both
turn-around time and costs
- Implemented interventions to reduced turnover,
increased candidate pipeline while decreasing
advertising costs
- Developed division-wide supervisory development
plan and program
- Improved running performances in athletes to
All-American levels
- Coached numerous individuals to more fulfilling,
more balanced lives
